BILL HOFFMAN

Managing Partner

Prior to founding Trusted Force, Bill worked for Qwest Government Services where he created and led the Federal Professional Services and Application Hosting Practice. Bill hired and managed a multi- disciplinary team of developers, engineers, program managers, and administrative personnel and was personally responsible for managing all associated customer relationships. In less than four years, Bill increased sales in these areas from a "zero position" to more than $100m in contracts with Civilian and Department of Defense customers.

Before joining Qwest, Bill held Sales Director roles at IconCMT and Frontier Media Group (firms ultimately acquired by Qwest) where he sold front-end, custom web application development to commercial clients including: BankOne, Comcast, ARAMARK, SEI Investments and others.

Bill's experience and tenure in the technology field have afforded him the opportunity to develop an extensive network of experienced professionals. Having personally recruited and placed dozens of qualified candidates with key Federal and Commercial clients, Bill has demonstrated the ability to pair the right individual to the right organization in order to yield highly successful short and long- term outcomes.

Prior to moving into the technology field, Bill and his wife Nancy owned and operated three highly acclaimed restaurants in the Philadelphia area (two American Regional restaurants and one French restaurant). With more than 200 full and part time employees, Bill claims that this experience offered the "single best insight into the psychology of customer relationships and employee management."

Bill is a 1981 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in English Literature and a minor concentration in mathematics. He is married with three children and splits his time between Washington, DC and "the great state of Maine."

Director, Commercial Recruiting

Jeff joined Trusted Force after 6 years with Qwest Communications and Qwest Government Services, where he held several senior level positions across different parts of the enterprise, including Commercial Sales and Federal Program Management. Jeff started his career at Qwest as a founding member of its Managed Security Services group including network and data security, firewalls, intrusion detection, network based anomaly detection and virtual private networks.

Jeff also served as Program and Account Manager on a multi-million dollar account with several government agencies and leading systems integrators. This included The Department of Treasury's TCS contract (Treasury Communications System), Qwest's Government Services' largest civilian account providing network and telecommunications services to virtually all Treasury agencies. Jeff was responsible for all aspects of service delivery, client relations and professional services staffing. Later, as a Sales Executive, Jeff worked with a wide variety of enterprise customers, designing and selling solutions for wide area networks, IP telephony, network security, managed hosting and professional services.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Maine, with an honors degree in Economics and Philosophy. He lives with his wife Keonna and young son Maxwell in Falls Church, VA. He is also a hopeless soccer addict and a lifelong fan of the Scottish football club, Glasgow Celtic who, as Jeff will point out to anyone willing to listen, will one day reprise its 1967 European Cup win.
