BILL HOFFMAN

Managing Partner

Bill runs the retained search practice for TrustedForce and is the founder and Managing Partner of the firm. He supports large- and medium-sized technology companies in the identification and placement of their senior leadership talent. Clients include many of the country's leading public, private, and hybrid Cloud providers, global managed hosting companies, and the technology arms of global financial services and energy companies.

Prior to Trusted Force, Bill worked for Qwest Government Services where he created and led the Federal Professional Services and Application Hosting Practice. Bill hired and managed a multi-disciplinary team of developers, engineers, program managers, and administrative personnel and was responsible for all revenue growth and new logo acquisition, including the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Treasury, National Institutes of Health, Department of Labor, Tax and Trade Bureau, and United States Mint.

Before joining Qwest, Bill held commercial sales leadership roles at IconCMT and Frontier Media Group (firms ultimately acquired by Qwest), where he directed the sale of enterprise-scale managed services with clients including BankOne, Comcast, ARAMARK, and SEI Investments.

Prior to moving into the technology field in 1997, Bill and his wife Nancy owned and operated three highly-acclaimed restaurants in the Philadelphia area (two American Regional restaurants and one French restaurant). With more than 200 full and part-time employees, Bill describes this experience as offering the "single best insight into the psychology of customer relationships and talent management."

Bill is a 1981 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in English Literature and a minor concentration in mathematics. He is married with three children and splits his time between Washington, DC and "the great state of Maine."

HARRISON HOFFMAN

Partner

Harrison Hoffman began his career with TrustedForce in June 2011 as a member of the firm's research team. He then joined the firm full-time after graduating from college in the Spring of 2013. The following year, Harrison was promoted to Director of Research. And in 2021, he was promoted to Partner. He focuses his time on the identification of senior leadership talent for the firm's Cloud and Managed Services clients.

Harrison graduated from George Washington University's Elliott School where he majored in Latin American Hemispheric Studies and minored in Spanish. An inveterate traveler, he has worked, volunteered and traveled to countries ranging from Iceland and Kenya to Chile and Argentina. When Harrison isn't working, he can be found hiking, kayaking, cooking, writing, and enjoying the company of his friends and family.

ALI KELL

Director, Research

Ali joined the TrustedForce team in 2013 after spending time focusing on her singing career. She enjoys the challenge of seeking out unique candidates for cutting-edge roles, and finding the perfect client/candidate symbiosis. This is the aspect of the job she loves most!

Ali is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in English with a concentration in Creative Writing. Upon graduation, she moved to New York City and began working in production at A&E Television. She was then signed to indie label Wing Court Records, and has since released three EPs and one full-length LP. Aside from singing soul, blues, and jazz music, she also enjoys cooking and beating people in Scrabble. She currently resides in beautiful Kennebunk, Maine with her husband, daughter, and three spoiled cats.

TAMMY ALEXANDER

Chief Financial Officer

Tammy joined TrustedForce as its Chief Financial Officer in March 2012. In this capacity, she directs all financial aspects of the company including accounting practices, budgeting, pricing and offer management, financial analysis, financial planning and monitoring financial performance. Before joining TrustedForce, she worked for Trimeris, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRMS) as the Executive, Director of Finance where she managed the SEC reporting, budgeting, forecasting, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, tax provisions and returns and quarterly and annual external audits. Her experience with Trimeris, Inc. also included a reverse merger of the company by Synageva BioPharma Corporation (NASDAQ: GEVA) in November of 2011.

Tammy is a Certified Public Accountant and has over fifteen years of experience in finance and accounting, including experience working for KPMG, one of the Big Four public accounting firms. She obtained her MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business in 2007. She also graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2001 with a BS in Accounting and Business Management. She is married with four children and currently resides in Wake Forest, NC. She enjoys actively competing in triathlons, cycling, hiking, traveling, running and spending time with family.

LAURA C. HARRIS

Vice President, Operations and Recruiting Management

Laura joined TrustedForce in 2010 as the Recruiting Coordinator and Office Manager in support of the firm’s Partners, and in 2012 she was named Director, Recruiting Management. Laura has extensive experience as part of full-service, large-enterprise Executive Search firms in the Washington, D.C. area. Her expertise is managing the complexities of dynamic, fast-moving, senior-level search and placement efforts, working closely with both clients and candidates.

Outside of the TrustedForce office, Laura is a professional actor in the Washington, DC metro area. She has performed onstage at venues including Arena Stage, Ford’s Theatre, Studio Theatre, Signature Theatre, Round House Theatre, and Folger Shakespeare Theatre, in addition to numerous on-camera and voiceover projects.

Laura graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College with a double major in Theatre and Film and Media Culture and a minor in French. She lives in Maryland with her husband.
